Jabasicshoes.com offers standard delivery and express delivery. Shipping occurs during normal business days (Monday - Friday), excluding postal holidays. Please note, from the date of payment, we will ship your order from the US warehouse within 2-3 working days.

If our U.S. warehouse is out of stock, we may source the item from other warehouses, which could result in a delayed shipping time. We will send you an email to confirm before proceeding with the shipment.

Delivery Process

Processing Time typically takes 1-3 business days, but may be longer during peak order periods.

Order Status

Upon dispatch of your order from our warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation. This email will include a tracking number which you can use to monitor your order status online.

For orders within the United States:

Orders $34.99 and above: Free Shipping (delivery in 1-3 days processing + 3-6 days in transit).

Order Address Error
