ORDER

  • Can I change or cancel my order?
  • Please contact us via Live Chat, email or phone immediately if you change your mind as once your order is in process or has shipped, we cannot guarantee cancellation or change of orders.

 

  • How do I track my order?
  • A text or an email will be sent to notify you that the package is in route, which includes the carrier, and tracking number. To track your order, click Order Tracking towards the bottom of the home page and enter your tracking number.

 

SHIPPING

  • How long will it take to receive my order?
  • Standard shipping time is 6-10 business days after the order is processed and shipped. With extra 15 usd shipping fee, you can enjoy expedited shipping service and get the item within 2-4 days.

 

  • Do you ship internationally?
  • Currently, Jabasicdoes not ship to addresses outside the United States, except for APO/FPO and US Territories. Plus, orders to these addresses may take longer to arrive than the listed delivery times. Customers are responsible for any applicable duties and taxes levied on the delivery of their orders and for all charges related to returning or exchanging products.
