If for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from jabasicshoes.com, you may request a return in accordance with the terms specified below.
Returns
All returns must be postmarked within 20 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition with the original packaging. Please be aware that buyers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Refunds
After the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued back to the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days from the receipt of your item to process the return. We will notify you by email when it has been processed.
Exceptions
