  • Tracking Required: Please use a shipping method that includes tracking, as we cannot process returns without it.

Return Process:

Our team will guide you through the process and provide instructions via email within 24 hours (excluding weekends). If the return is due to a quality issue, please include your order number and clear photos of the item.

Upon receiving your returned item, our Quality Assurance team will inspect it. Once approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 3-7 business days. Please ensure that any promotional gifts are also returned with the item.
